I've had several people ask me, "Why permanent marker?"

Why not?

Why permanent marker, instead of ballpoint, Bic pens, etc?

Because Sharpies absorb into the skin. They take several days/weeks to completely wear off, because the pigment is thin enough that it absorbs into the skin. Scrubbing doesn't remove it. The skin has to flake off naturally to completely wear the ink away.

So, why permanent marker?

Because I have it to remember for a while. A reminder of how everyone makes me feel. You just want my money. You jut want my body. But you don't want "me".
